We are hiring a Loss Prevention Officer who consistently maintains composure, is dependable, and values a cooperative, team‑oriented work environment. The Loss Prevention Officer safeguards the well‑being of owners, guests, and associates, ensuring all security measures are followed.

Position is responsible for the safeguarding of hotel property, assets, guests, visitors, and our associates.

• Patrol hotel property to ensure the safety of guests and employees and protect hotel assets.
• Answer house calls and assist guests and employees with safety, security, and hotel operations.
• Initiate and follow up investigations of crimes committed against the hotel and persons.
• Assist sick or injured guests or employees, ensuring documentation and disposition of reports.
• Write incident and accident reports, monitor investigations to their timely conclusion, and ensure appropriate follow‑up with guests, visitors, and employees.
• Maintain accurate records for camera monitoring, shift activity logs, codebooks, and employee/guest binder interactions.
• Assist the supervisor in checking alarm systems and safety and fire department systems, and closely monitor the security of building doors, service areas, and delivery areas.
