Job Summary

Guard, patrol, and/or monitor the venue premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule infractions.

• Circulate among guests and employees to preserve safety, order, and protect the venue’s property.
• Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, guests, and others to guard against theft and maintain security.
• Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Warn guests of rule infractions or violations and apprehend or evict violators from premises.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active member of the local police force in good standing.
• Knowledge of security operations, safety practices, and enforcement procedures.
• Professional appearance and judgment within policy and procedures.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Physical capability to walk, climb stairs, and sit occasionally.
