Role OverviewGuard, patrol, and/or monitor the venue premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule infractions.
Responsibilities- Circulate among guests and employees to preserve safety, order, and protect the venue’s property.
- Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, guests, and others to guard against theft and maintain security.
- Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Warn guests of rule infractions or violations and apprehend or evict violators from premises.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active member of the local police force in good standing.
- Knowledge of security operations, safety practices, and enforcement procedures.
- Professional appearance and judgment within policy and procedures.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
- Physical capability to walk, climb stairs, and sit occasionally.
