Job Requirements

Be at least 21 years old or the minimum age required by the State.

Be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.

Must provide a background check upon hire.

Must submit to pre-job and random drug testing.

Must be able to self-manage.

Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Must have excellent report writing skills.

Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.

Must be able to stand, stoop, and bend for long periods of time.

Work in all weather conditions.

Use motor vehicles and foot patrols to monitor client property.

Monitor and patrol assigned property to prevent theft, trespassing, and safety hazards.

Maintain clear visibility and provide a professional customer-service presence.

Control access to buildings or areas as required by the site.

Report incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly.

Complete accurate daily activity reports using company software.

Follow all site-specific protocols and RCSI policies.
