** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies, managing visitor check-in and access procedures, and supporting security-related protocols for a professional technology office location.

+ Monitor lobby activity, answer questions, and help direct employees, guests, vendors, and/or deliveries while maintaining accurate visitor and incident documentation.

+ Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.

+ Support badge verification, reception coverage, and other front desk duties that help to deter unauthorized access and help promote an orderly environment.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
