This role requires associates to work from the posted locations full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. This policy promotes an environment built on in-person interaction, communication, and immediate support. Posted location:
Atlanta, GA. The position is based in Atlanta, GA and has regional responsibility for office locations in the southeast portion of the US. • Monitor security events on a daily basis for suspicious activities and identify potential security threats and violations.
• Establish vision, direction, and specific objectives for team efforts; encourage collaboration.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with security guard force, vendors, associates, Facility Managers/Leadership, and business unit leaders to ensure seamless communication, effective decision‑making, implementation of physical security strategies, and the efficient completion of shared objectives.
• Promote HR policies and procedures in people management activities.
• Conduct communications that involve obtaining cooperation on issues that may be complex or controversial.
• Use negotiation and persuasion to come to agreement with others.
• Conduct external communications with a high level of interpersonal and negotiation skills to build effective long‑term relationships typically with middle level contacts in customer and vendor organizations.
• Accountable for the effective delivery of Physical Security projects to achieve the strategic and operational objectives.

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience within security management, including a minimum of 5 years of experience managing or leading others; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
