Position DetailsJob title:
Security Officer Patrol Compliance Agent — Atlanta, GA. This is a Part-Time unarmed role designed to monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. You will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, work closely with your team, and act with integrity while putting people first.

Job Schedule:
- Tue 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
- Wed 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property contacts and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
- Monitor access points, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unsecured doors, gates, or restricted areas.
- Support daily operations at the location by providing directions, answering questions, and completing assigned reports, logs, and other security-related documentation.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Background investigation required in accordance with applicable laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
