Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a government location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public officials as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, common areas, and restricted locations for unusual activity, and report maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or potential hazards according to post procedures;
Support daily operations by verifying access permissions, providing directions, assisting with visitor processing, and completing required reports related to security-related events and observations
