Female Security Officers – Blue Line Protection LLC – Atlanta, GA

Urgently hiring 10 female armed security officers for part‑time positions during the cold season. These officers will provide safety and security at shelters and warming centers.

• Evening/Night: 6 PM – 12 AM
• Evening/Night: 12 AM – 8 AM
• Afternoon/Overnight: 3 PM – 11 PM
• Afternoon/Overnight: 11 PM – 7 AM
• Morning (Weekends Only):
  Saturday & Sunday 7 AM – 1 PM

• Monitor and report any security incidents or suspicious activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to shelter and warming center occupants.
• Follow all security protocols and post orders.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Resolve conflicts calmly and professionally.
• Write detailed and accurate reports of incidents and observations.

• Must be armed and possess your own firearm.
• At least 5 years of professional armed security experience.
• Customer‑focused approach to security.
• At least 4 years of professional customer service experience.
• Bilingual proficiency (required).
• Strong report‑writing skills.
• Must purchase required uniform (details provided below).
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Ages 25‑42 preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude and adaptability to diverse environments.

• Black BDU pants

• Estimated total cost: approximately $100

• Starting pay: $11 per hour (without certifications).
• Potential raise after 90 working days, up to $15 per hour.
• Bi‑weekly pay.
