Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, trailer lots, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns;
Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and delivery traffic, helping to support site access protocols and reporting irregularities to the appropriate contact;
Assist with observing high-volume shipping and receiving operations, helping to deter unauthorized access, disruption, and/or policy violations at the location;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed
