Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to support orderly operations throughout the property.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require attention.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, document observed activity, and report incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site expectations and Allied Universal procedures.
