Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Risk Observer

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or service providers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate site personnel and/or emergency services as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including common spaces, entrances, exits, and the surrounding perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, resident, and delivery activity in accordance with location procedures; report unusual conditions and policy concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, and other security-related observations.
