Construction Maintenance Worker - Golf Seasonal

Salary: $17.50 hour

General Description and Classification Standards:

Perform semi-skilled construction and/or maintenance in support of a wide variety of golf course and building projects. Operate hand and power tools, light to medium construction equipment, test and measurement equipment, etc. Generally, works as a part of a work crew, but may work independently. Work is performed in cooperation with skilled trades' employees, equipment operators, or technician.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Works with supervisor to prioritize and complete assigned work orders in an efficient and effective manner. Works in a safe and organized manner to ensure safety for self, crew, and the public to complete assignments correctly and on time.

* Maintains a safe and organized work area; stores tools; collects scrap and leftover materials; blows debris from course and worksite.
