As the onsite representative of our company, the Track Foreman embodies professionalism and takes pride in delivering quality results. Responsibilities include managing safety protocols, production schedules, consumable tracking, reporting, and customer interactions. Effective daily planning is essential to minimize downtime and keep projects on schedule. The role involves strenuous work over extended periods; candidates must be able to lift and carry tools and equipment weighing over 50 pounds, move and position railroad track components with sustained physical effort, and perform frequent bending, reaching, pushing, kneeling, lifting, and other demanding physical movements.
The ideal candidate will oversee the construction, maintenance, and repair of both new and existing railroad tracks, ensuring operational efficiency and strict safety compliance.
