Our team specializes in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. About the Role

As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring HVAC systems operate at peak performance. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of systems while delivering excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues; recommend and perform repairs or replacements.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation and minimize breakdowns.
• Perform inspections to identify potential issues and confirm compliance with safety codes and regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls.
• Communicate clearly with clients about issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations.
• Keep accurate service records, logs, and reports.
• Adhere to company standards, safety practices, and building code requirements.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Mentor junior technicians when needed.

Position Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification in HVAC or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of HVAC technician experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair methods.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, hand tools, and HVAC software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
