Compensation
Commission-Based Pay (Invoice-Driven)
- Paid per job based on the total invoice amount
- Higher-value jobs earn higher commission percentages
- Earnings are tied directly to solutions sold and work completed

- 3-5 years of service plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Comfortable with commission-based pay
- Customer-focused, accountable, and professional
- Flexible availability (8-12 hour shifts, some weekends)
- Service Titan or Nexstar experience is a plus
- Sell the right solution, not shortcuts
- Document work accurately
- Reduce callbacks by fixing it right the first time
