This position is with the Atlanta location of America’s Swimming Pool Company (ASP). ASP Atlanta is locally owned and operated and serves metro Atlanta focusing on Cobb, Dekalb, North Fulton and Gwinnett. Manage a large route of 40+ pools per week, conducting weekly maintenance, performing repairs, and prospecting new customers.

• Conduct regular pool maintenance (test and maintain water quality, adjust pool chlorination, clean filters and back wash, brush and vacuum pools, clean tile, pressure wash decking and pool areas, etc.)
• Knowledge of water chemistry
• Minor equipment repair (e.g., filter and salt cell cleaning, replacing pressure gauges, etc.)
• Ability to comfortably lift and carry 50 pounds, perhaps multiple times in a day, and, at times, lift and carry 100 pounds

• Swimming Pool Maintenance and Service: 2+ years preferred
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred

Compensation is negotiable based on experience. 401K, health and supplemental benefits and paid vacation. Performance-based monthly bonus.

• Must pass a criminal background check
• No illegal drug use (must be able to pass a drug test and be subject to random drug testing)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; driving record will need to be acceptable to our insurance company, which generally requires less than 6 points within the past 5 years with no major offenses (DUI, reckless/negligent driving, hit & run, etc.)
