Job DescriptionThe Service Technician Assistant plays a key role in supporting field technicians and ensuring efficient service operations. This position involves assisting with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting support, installation preparation, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, hands‑on, and eager to develop technical skills in a professional environment.
Responsibilities- Assist service technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair tasks
- Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for service appointments
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reports
- Support troubleshooting processes under technician supervision
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service completion
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and service vehicle
