Perform daily inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems;
Conduct preventive maintenance in guest rooms and common spaces;

Respond to equipment failures and emergencies including fire alarms and power outages;
Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain safe work areas
