Con Serv Building Services was founded in 1991, as the service division of BCH Mechanical. We began dispatching HVAC techs in the Tampa Bay, FL area and quickly built a reputation for customer service and technical expertise across GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, MS and AL. We are the number one choice for regional clients with multiple accounts, convenience stores, and those who prefer remote monitoring and control.

• Install heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in new commercial construction and tenant offices.
• Complete paperwork daily, recording materials used on each job accurately.
• Independently install new HVAC systems.
• Wire up all basic HVAC low voltage wiring: furnace, a/c, thermostats, zone controls.
• Fabricate duct fittings.
• Read blueprints and layout ductwork.

• 5 to 10 years of Commercial HVAC Install experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate, or learn to operate, all necessary tools and equipment.
• Ability to frequently lift 75 pounds and lift and regularly carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Physical ability to work in awkward places and from ladders or scaffolding as required by projects.
• Physical ability to endure high and low outside temperatures.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and an on‑site drug test.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
