Industrial Electrician
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician for a 6-month contract to support ongoing maintenance and installation work in a busy industrial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical faults, with a strong focus on conveyor systems and associated control equipment.
This is a contractor position (1099), ideal for experienced electricians comfortable working independently and in fast-paced industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in industrial systems and equipment
- Perform maintenance and installation work on conveyor systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Work with motors, control panels, sensors, and industrial wiring
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and site safety standards
- Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure minimal downtime and safe operations
- Proven experience as an industrial or maintenance electrician
- Experience with conveyor systems is essential
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of 3-phase systems
- Ability to work independently and maintain safe work practices
- Valid electrician license
- Own tools, PPE, and reliable transportation
- Must be US Citizen to apply
