- Competitive Hourly Rate: $30–$40 per hour ($62,400–$83,200 annual base salary)
- On-Call Compensation: $150 for scheduled on-call duties
- Per Diem: $55/day for authorized out-of-town travel
- Paid Time Off: 48 hours (increases to 168 hours with tenure)

Our focus is on delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing ongoing training and support to our technicians.
Your Role- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems across Georgia and neighboring states (AL, SC, TN, FL, NC).
- Perform expert pipe fitting, brazing, soldering, and troubleshooting for seamless installations.
- Travel 2–3 days/week with occasional overnight stays (lodging provided) to service regional clients.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of dispatchers, coordinators, and supervisors.
- Operate a fully equipped service van with iPad, iPhone, and PPE.
Experience
: 3–5 years in commercial HVAC installation and service, with expertise in system replacements.
- Proficient in HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
- Strong pipe fitting, brazing, and soldering abilities.
- Excellent troubleshooting and precision in installations.
- Customer-focused with clear communication.
- Comfortable with regional travel (2–3 days/week, occasional overnights).
- Strong time management to meet project deadlines.
- EPA Certification (required).
- High school diploma or GED; apprenticeship completion preferred.
- Valid driver’s license; subject to drug, background, and driver’s license checks.
- Ability to park a branded company vehicle (high-roof van) at your residence without HOA/local restrictions.

Based in Atlanta, GA, with frequent travel throughout Georgia and neighboring states (AL, SC, TN, FL, NC). Overnight stays required, with lodging provided. - Must be able to securely park a company vehicle (high roof, branded) at your residence overnight without restrictions from HOA or local ordinances.
- Capable of performing the following physical tasks throughout the workday:
- Standing, walking, or kneeling for extended periods.
- Climbing and descending ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Lifting and transporting items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Navigating confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
