Perform basic tasks in the maintenance/upkeep, troubleshooting, and minor repair of parking equipment, facilities, structures, and lots. This position interacts regularly with other maintenance staff and contractors and involves advising and counseling as needed.

• Perform basic installation, repair, and replacement of parking gate components.
• Perform general maintenance and upkeep of parking lots and garages, including installation and painting of signs and meter poles, layout and stripping of stalls, leaf blowing, trash removal, and garage lighting replacement.
• Perform minor repairs to asphalt surfaces.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks and services on assigned vehicles and maintenance equipment.
• Load, unload, move, and/or install equipment, fixtures, and other items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements: High school diploma, GED certificate, or vocational school diploma.

Required Experience: One to two years of job‑related experience.

Skills: Ability to operate hand/power tools, motor vehicles (including sweepers, scrubbers, and standard transmission vehicles), basic equipment maintenance and repair knowledge, and use of computer applications may be required.

Pay Range: $18.33 - $19.95
