Maintenance Technician

Overview

We're seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Atlanta Plant. Key Responsibilities

* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair automated industrial equipment.

* Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on machinery and facility infrastructure.

* Conduct building maintenance and support a robust preventative maintenance program.

* Complete work orders accurately and efficiently using our maintenance tracking system.

* Fabricate, modify, or repair equipment parts using industrial maintenance knowledge.

* Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide repairs and installations.

* Install and maintain utility lines (steam, water, air, gas, condensate), including soldering, pipe threading, and conduit work.

* Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

* Document all work performed, including time sheets, work orders, and request forms.

* Wear appropriate PPE and complete all required safety training.

* Support initiatives to reduce utility usage and waste.

* Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations.

Qualifications

* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

* Minimum of 2 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.

* Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.

* Experience with boiler maintenance preferred.

* Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.

* Must supply personal tools necessary for job performance
