Limited Energy​/Low Voltage Technician

We are seeking a Limited Energy / Low Voltage Technician with hands-on experience installing access control systems from start to finish. This role is access-control-focused and includes complete system builds, such as conduit installation, wiring, device installation, and system commissioning.

• Perform access control and low-voltage installations from scratch
• Install conduit (EMT, PVC) and pull and terminate low-voltage wiring
• Mount and wire maglocks, electric strikes, card readers, door contacts, REX/PTE devices, access control panels, and power supplies
• Install and support CCTV, automated gate operators, phone, and network systems
• Terminate and test CAT5/6, fiber, coax, and network cabling
• Program, test, and commission access control systems
• Troubleshoot system, wiring, and device issues
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation

• Working with access control platforms such as Brivo, Avigilon, Door King, Lift Master, or similar systems
• Experience supporting commercial or multi-site environments, and CCTV installation experience; however, CCTV training is available for the right candidate.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record
• Ability and willingness to complete a background check
• Ability to comply with company policies, including a drug-free and tobacco-free workplace policy
• Monday through Friday schedule, 35–45 hours per week
• Requires driving to and from the office daily, while driving company van to sites
