Aimbridge Hospitality - 1231 West Peachtree Street Northeast - Responsibilities:
Technical & Preventive Maintenance: perform daily inspections and repairs across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other systems; conduct preventive maintenance in guest rooms, common areas, and on equipment.;
Handle minor carpentry, painting, and furniture repairs to maintain aesthetics and functionality.;
Quick-Fix Hero: respond to equipment hiccups, leaks, and electrical issues; manage emergencies like fire alarms and power outages with guest safety in mind.;
Safety focus: move objects over 50 lbs., work on ladders, and follow OSHA guidelines; maintain clean, safe work areas and proper storage for tools and hazardous materials.
