Senior Pipe Foreman

My client is seeking an experienced Senior Pipe Foreman and Crew to join their construction team. The ideal candidate for the Senior Pipe Foreman will have 8+ years of experience as a foreman, with the ability to lead the crew and maintain accuracy and efficiency.

The foreman should have experience with storm, sewer, and waterline utilities. Should be able to understand plans and communicate well with their crew, supervisor, and other co-workers.

The top priority of the foreman and crew should be to ensure they are maintaining a clean, organized work area and adhering to all safety regulations.

The foreman should possess great teaching and coaching skills for crew members and any potential new hires. Both the foreman and all crew members should work collaboratively and be great team players.

Skills

Proven experience working as a pipe foreman and crew member should have proven experience working on a pipe crew.
Previous construction site experience is essential for understanding site dynamics and safety practices, for both the foreman and crew members.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while communicating clearly with colleagues, for both the foreman and crew members.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in executing tasks safely and efficiently.
