We are seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our construction team in Atlanta.

This is a full‑time position with a starting salary of $1500 per month.

• Prepare construction sites for pouring concrete by cleaning, leveling, and setting up forms.
• Mix and pour concrete according to project specifications.
• Smooth and finish surfaces using hand or power tools.
• Install reinforcing materials such as steel bars or wire mesh.
• Direct truck drivers to ensure proper delivery and placement of concrete.
• Monitor the curing process and make adjustments as needed.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.

• Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of mixing concrete and using hand–power tools safely.
• Good physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.

• Certification in concrete work or related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Familiarity with operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers or excavators.

English proficiency is not required for this position.
