Water Mitigation Technician and BDS

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Water Damage Technician to join our team on an on-call basis. You will be responsible for responding to emergency calls, assessing water damage, mold, and fire damage, and coordinating with adjusters to obtain approval for necessary repairs.

• Respond promptly to emergency calls regarding water damage, mold, and fire restoration.
• Conduct thorough assessments of damage, identifying the root cause and scope of work.
• Communicate clearly with adjusters, explaining the necessary repairs and obtaining approval for work.
• Execute repairs and restoration services efficiently and effectively, meeting client expectations.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of all work performed.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices for water damage restoration.
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Be able to market and sell restoration services to clients.

• Proven experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, or fire restoration.
• IICRC WTR Certification.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
