RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Install, program and configure electronic security systems for commercial clients, including, door access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, low voltage communication, electronic locks, point sensors, signaling devices, and other security systems
* Troubleshoot, evaluate, diagnose, integrate new and existing installations to ensure the systems are functioning properly and meets industry standards
* Run electrical wiring, including drilling, trenching, and aerial runs
* Responsible for the connection of control panels, application requirements, wire concealment and security software installation
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a company issued vehicle
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience in physical security, fire alarm, low voltage communication systems, including installing devices, troubleshooting, programming and running medium to large projects
* Military veterans are encouraged to apply, especially those with experience as an electronics technician or aviation technician
* Ability to obtain and maintain state-specific licenses as required
* Advanced in Microsoft Office and capable of navigating multiple systems efficiently.
* Skilled in interpersonal and communication skills for clear documentation and reporting.
* Highly skilled in troubleshooting, mechanical, and electronics skills; adept with hand and power tools
* Willingness to handle 'on-call' duties, respond to emergency service requests, and travel overnight as needed.
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to complete tasks and meet deadlines
* Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and work at various ladder heights
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
* Experience in the electronic security industry
* Experience with any of the following:
Software House, CCURE, Lenel, AMAG, S2, Brivo, Milestone, Exacqvision, Axis, Bosch, Commend, DMP, Open Options, Notifier, Fluidmesh or ONSSI
