As a Maintenance Technician II, you will perform high‑quality maintenance work in our single‑family rental homes while providing outstanding customer service to our residents.

• Complete maintenance service requests across multiple trades
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience for all residents
• Complete regular Pro Care visits to perform proactive maintenance and repairs
• Educate residents regarding all maintenance topics
• Complete general property condition assessments at all property visits and alert the property management team when items require immediate attention
• Review and use Technician‑specific reports to find opportunities for improvement
• Perform repairs in vacant properties while they are on‑market or during the turn process
• Properly use and care for company‑supplied tools, materials, and vehicles
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent
• OSHA 10 certification (new hires will have up to 90 days to complete certification if not already certified)
• Proven experience in residential repairs and maintenance, other building maintenance or related experience
• Understanding of residential construction and mechanical systems and ability to perform general repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior structural, HVAC (minor) and appliances
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills; multilingual a plus
• Comfortable using mobile devices (iPad and/or iPhone) and various mobile applications
• Current driver’s license, automobile insurance, and any other licenses and/or certifications required by state law
• Preferred but not required: EPA Certification (Type I and II), HVAC Certification, CPO certification (pool)
• Availability to work on a regular and consistent basis, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Capability to use basic hand and power tools and perform work requiring climbing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing
• Ability to lift and/or move an excess of 50 pounds or more and operate standard maintenance equipment as assigned
• May be required to conduct occupancy checks and attend eviction lockouts/setouts in coordination with local law enforcement

The salary range for this position is $20.19 – $35.00 per hour, plus an annual discretionary bonus may be available.
