HVAC Service​/Chiller Technician

View base salary range: $65,000 – $95,000 per year

Position: HVAC Service Technician.

Location: Atlanta, GA (remote/field).

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks and services.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC systems, including rooftop split systems and chillers.
• Comply with all safety procedures, OSHA 10 standards, and maintain good housekeeping.
• Provide excellent customer service, building strong client relationships.
• Prepare detailed reports on work performed, materials used, and time spent.
• Stay current with the latest HVAC technology and techniques.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex systems.
• Proficiency with various air conditioning systems.
• Clean driving record – must pass MVR check.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Strong customer‑service and communication skills.
• Physical fitness – ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
