** AMLI Residential is hiring an EPA-certified HVAC Maintenance Technician.
** This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced
** apartment maintenance technician or HVAC technician
** who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring residents enjoy a comfortable, well-maintained home.###

* What You’ll Do:

*** Perform general and advanced maintenance repairs, including
** HVAC troubleshooting, AC repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacement
*** Complete
** HVAC service, preventative maintenance, and system diagnostics**, ensuring optimal performance and resident comfort
* Ensure all vacated apartments are restored to
** make-ready condition
** with strong attention to detail
* Respond promptly to
** service requests**, including
** air conditioning and HVAC-related issues
*** Participate in an
** on-call rotation** (evenings/weekends as needed)
* Conduct inspections and assist with
** preventative maintenance**, including HVAC systems, pool care, exterior lighting, and filters
* Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly manage
** tools, equipment, and inventory**###

* Qualifications:

*** Minimum
** 1 year of experience
** in
** apartment maintenance, HVAC service, or building maintenance**
* ** EPA Section 608 Certification or Type 1 and 2 required
*** Experience with
** HVAC systems, AC repair, refrigerant handling, and preventative maintenance
*** Ability to troubleshoot and complete
** basic to intermediate HVAC repairs independently
*** Availability for
** on-call and weekend rotation
