Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems;
Maintain the safe operation of highly complex systems and equipment;
Operate electronic/pneumatic environmental controls, BAS, pumps, chiller operations, water treatment program, air handler units, VAVs, walk-in coolers and freezers, refrigerators, ice machines and boiler operations;
Ensure safety and compliance of HVAC/R systems in a healthcare setting;
Support facility operations to minimize downtime and optimize performance
