As a Painter/Craftsman, you will be responsible for completing painting, carpentry, tile, and electrical tasks for residential and commercial customers. You will work independently, communicate with management and clients, and maintain a presentable appearance and organized tools.

• Complete painting, carpentry, tile, and electrical work in a timely and professional manner.
• Inspect properties, communicate findings to customers, and recommend additional services when appropriate.
• Troubleshoot problems and produce prompt, professional solutions.
• Maintain clean‑cuts appearance, organized tools, and presentable vehicle.
• Demonstrate punctuality, efficiency, and integrity to achieve top customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate as part of a winning team.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical trades.
• Ability to identify required tools and use them effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with management, office personnel, employees, homeowners, suppliers, and customers.
• Independent thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Professional presentation and reliable transportation.
