• Inspect properties and assess repair and remodeling needs.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients, suppliers, and management.
• Determine required tools and maintain an organized inventory.
• Execute tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
• Interact professionally with homeowners, property managers, suppliers, and commercial customers.
• Maintain a clean, presentable appearance and a reliable vehicle.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

• Proficient in plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical work.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
