As a Team Lead
, you’ll be responsible for both execution and team leadership:

• Lead the Crew
  :
  Supervise and direct teams on-site to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Execute Installs
  :
  Assemble and install heavy‑duty steel fixtures, gondola systems, and racking
  .
• Work in High-Bay Environments
  :
  Operate in stores with exposed structural steel, high ceilings, and lift equipment
  .
• Read & Execute Plans
  :
  Interpret blueprints, layouts, and Plan‑O‑Grams (POGs/MODs).
• Ensure Safety & Quality
  :
  Maintain safety standards when working with lifts, tools, and overhead structures.
• Problem Solve in Real Time
  :
  Adjust layouts, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects moving.

• Proven Leadership Experience (Lead, Supervisor, or Crew Lead role).
• 2–4+ years in retail installation, merchandising, or construction environments
  .
• Experience in high‑bay / warehouse‑style retail stores (preferably in a travelling merchandising role).

• Weekly travel (500+ miles, overnight stays).
• Reliable transportation + basic tools.
• Safety‑toe shoes required.
