Company SummaryWe are a commercial electrical contractor serving the Southeast, delivering high‑quality electrical work on new‑construction and remodel projects. We run our jobs the right way: a skilled foreman anchored on each project, accurate planning, and clean, code‑compliant installations that pass inspection the first time. We believe the people running the work in the field are the backbone of the business — not just labor, but trusted leaders.
If you take pride in doing the job right, leading a crew well, and being the person the Superintendent counts on, this is the place for you.
The Foreman / Journeyman Electrician leads electrical work in the field on commercial new‑construction and remodel projects. You will read and interpret commercial blueprints, schedule the work directly with the Superintendent, order the materials needed to keep the job moving, and supervise a small crew of two to four. This role demands technical mastery, strong leadership, and a commitment to delivering safe, code‑compliant work on schedule — every job, every time.
Day-to-DayResponsibilities
- Running your assigned project independently — on schedule, on budget, and to code.
- Work that passes inspection the first time, with no rework or callbacks.
- A productive crew that is developing and growing under your direction.
- A Superintendent who trusts you to manage your scope without hand‑holding.
- Accurate daily logs and forward material planning that keep the job moving.
- Upholding our standard — safe, clean, code‑compliant work with no shortcuts.
- 5+ years of hands‑on commercial electrical experience.
- Able to read and interpret commercial blueprints independently.
- Able to schedule work and order the materials needed to complete it.
- Proven ability to supervise a small crew of two to four people.
- Strong working knowledge of the NEC and commercial electrical code.
- Reliable and willing to travel across AL, GA, and SC and attend one week of onsite training.
- Journeyman electrician license or certification is a plus.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and professional pride.
- Able to work productively at a steady pace in a team‑oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
- US Citizen or valid work permit.
This is not a churn‑and‑burn, cut‑corners operation. Here, foremen are trusted professionals — the leaders running the work, not just wrenches. You'll be given a project to own, the support to plan and material it properly, and the autonomy to manage your crew and your relationship with the superintendent. The focus is on getting it right the first time. If you're tired of shops that sacrifice quality for volume and leave you stretched across too many jobs, this is the environment you've been looking for.
