Investigates and examines the condition of company building workmanship and products at the customer site; reports findings to Customer Service.;
Recommends replacement or repair of defective products based on cost and efficiency guidelines.;
Negotiates and approves third-party repair/adjustment; inspects completed work for quality adherence.;
Plans and paces own work to meet daily, weekly, project, or team productivity goals.;
Follows safety procedures and attends safety meetings; may suggest improvements to safety practices.
