• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
• Conduct thorough pipe inspections and perform leak detection efficiently.
• Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and related materials.
• Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals on plumbing installations.
• Conduct regular system maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure effective functionality.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' questions and concerns with a professional demeanor.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Stay updated on local plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.

• Proven experience as a plumber; a valid plumbing license is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments and conditions.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a straightforward manner.
