Job Summary
This Service Technician position ensures that the physical aspects of the property—buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
ResponsibilitiesStand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas. Work inside and outside in all weather conditions. Lift or maneuver up to 25lb independently and 50lb with assistance. Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may require occasional travel for training or assistance at other properties.
Required Licenses or Certifications- EPA certifications Type1 andII or Universal for refrigerant recycling (applies to certified Service Technicians).
- All certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions (applies to all Service Technicians).
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.
Hourly range: $22.00–$25.00. Compensation may include quarterly or annual bonuses for corporate roles, weekly or monthly bonuses for onsite roles, and a 401(k) with company match up to 6% after 6 months of service.
