• Respond to emergency calls when dispatched.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout each job.
• Communicate honesty and integrity with customers on every job.
• Arrive on time to each job per schedule.
• Meet industry standards efficiently using required labor, equipment, and materials.
• Attend bi‑weekly team meetings.
• Ensure work‑site safety by using proper procedures and equipment.
• Obtain necessary documentation for jobs (e.g., work auth, timesheets, tick sheets).
• Clock in and out using time‑management software.
• Maintain company vehicles in a clean condition and report damages.
• Inform the project manager of progress or issues.
• Assist the crew chief and team leader with vehicle loading.
• Assist crew chief with photo and note recording in Dash and Encircle software.
• Assist with Encircle software by filling out time sheets and tick sheets if needed.

• Make updates to job details in software.
• Clock in and out per job‑designated software.
• Take photos and record information in designated software.
• Upload all documents and update information after job visit.
• Maintain constant communication with customers and management.

Employees regularly work long hours, use equipment, climb ladders, go up and down stairs, perform demolition, use hand tools, and carry up to 50 pounds. Tasks include standing, walking, reaching, talking, listening, and teamwork in all weather and environmental conditions.

Work is predominantly on the field in luxury condos, commercial businesses, and residential buildings. Worksites can be dirty, cold, wet, or unsanitary. Protective equipment and safety precautions are provided.
