Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair work on buildings, utilities, and related structures at the Atlanta VAMC;
Lay floor and ceiling tiles; plaster and carpentry work;
Paint; perform minor plumbing; install door hardware and safety features;
Repair furniture and equipment; mount fixtures such as paper towel holders and display boards;
Conduct walk-through inspections and diagnose issues, initiating corrective actions as needed
