Hilltop Residential is seeking an Assistant Service Manager for The Lookout O4W in Atlanta. The role involves hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and painting, with on-call support as needed.
You will repair, maintain, and enhance the community while ensuring resident satisfaction and turnover readiness. The position requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience, flexibility to work weekends, a valid driver’s license, and EPA licensing is preferred.
