Bathroom​/Shower Installer

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Bathroom/Shower Installer at Just Got 2 Have It! In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks primarily related to bathroom and shower installation services. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of modern bathroom and shower systems, demonstrates exceptional technical and problem-solving skills, and maintains a strong commitment towards providing excellent customer service.

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of bathroom fixtures and equipment, such as bathtubs, shower heads, faucets, and drains.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation diagrams to perform tasks accurately.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide cost estimates for installation services and suggest appropriate fixtures based on customer preferences and budget.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Keep thorough records of all services provided, including installation and repair details.
• Regularly update knowledge of new installation techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in bathroom and shower installation or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing principles and practices, specifically for bathroom and shower systems.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation diagrams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and repair issues efficiently.
• Proven customer service skills with effective communication with clients and team members.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to different job sites.
