Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems;
Ensure safe operation of highly complex systems and equipment;
For systems that include BAS controls, manage BAS control operations, chiller, pump operations, water treatment, air handler units, VAVs, walk-in coolers and freezers, refrigerators, ice machines and boiler operations;
Oversee and maintain related equipment such as electronic/pneumatic environmental controls, fan powered boxes and auxiliary equipment;
Maintain safety and compliance in facility operations
