The Ashford is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician who doesn’t just complete work orders but takes ownership, solves problems, and helps create a community our residents are proud to call home.
We’re seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and brings a positive, team-first mindset to everything they do. If you’re someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping others, you’ll fit right in here.
What you’ll be doing :- Responding to and completing service requests with care and urgency
- Maintaining the overall condition and appearance of the community
- Completing apartment punch lists and make-ready units
- Performing drywall repair, painting, and general upkeep
- Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing and electrical issues
- At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
- HVAC and CPO certifications preferred
- Experience with appliances and plumbing repairs is a plus
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations
- A willingness to jump in, help out, and support the team
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - On-call rotation and weekend availability are required
