Simon Property Group seeks a Technician, Maintenance for the Phipps Plaza Office in Atlanta. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems and the building's structure.
The candidate will inspect, repair and maintain interior/exterior areas, including lighting, painting, and plumbing. 2–3 years in building maintenance and ability to read drawings are required.
