5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Tuesday through Friday (10‑hr. shifts)
- 4% (2 nd shift) or 6% (3 rd shift) differential pay only if the majority of hours worked fall within the shift differential window
The Carpenter/Painter performs the duties necessary to maintain in good repair, building woodwork and equipment such as bins, cribs, counters, benches, partitions, doors. Work involves most of the following: planning and laying out of work from blueprints, drawings, models, or verbal instructions, using a variety of carpenter's hand tools, portable power tools and standard measuring instruments, and making standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work;
and selecting materials necessary for the work. In addition, they will paint and redecorate walls, woodwork and fixtures, repair sheet rock – such as hang, tape, and mud (prepping the wall for paint). Work involves the following: knowledge of surface peculiarities and types of paint required for different applications, preparing surface for painting by removing old finish or by placing putty or filler in nail holes and interstices, and applying paint with spray gun or brush.
This person may mix colors, oils, and other paint ingredients to obtain proper color or consistency.

- Employees must meet the requirements of the federal credentialing process to access the facility, which includes but is not limited to, obtaining facility access (PIV card, smart card, access card, badge) and meeting ongoing training and access requirements.

- Employment is contingent on passing a 10‑panel pre‑employment drug screen, random drug and alcohol screenings, and background/reference checks.
