Level IV Office Installer - National

Job Summary

100% national travel, all expenses paid.  185 per diem for hotel and meals. You will join Ledcor's Telecom Equipment Installation division serving large OEM customers such as Ciena, Infinera, Verizon, Lumen, Amazon, Facebook, and others. Ledcor is looking for a Level IV Lead CO Installation Technician.

• Lead installation efforts of DWDM optical equipment in a CO environment.
• Install infrastructure such as fiber, fiber troughs, ladder racks, and cabinets.
• Test fibers (training will be provided for installers needing this skill set).
• Eventually train and enable Level IV technicians on test and turn‑up work.
• Work under a Ledcor lead for day‑to‑day direction.
• Primarily day shift; occasional maintenance window work for cutovers.

• Expert level experience leading DWDM optical installations.
• Experience installing Ciena or Infinera DWDM 7100; familiarity with 6500/4300/5400/1830 platforms.
• Understanding of long‑haul routes, fiber cleaning, and scoping.
• Ability to train technicians on equipment at the Richardson, TX warehouse.

Pay range:  35.00 –  38.00 per hour.
