Painter

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Atlanta. This full‑time position offers a salary of $1400 per month.

• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, filling holes and cracks, and applying primer.
• Assure smooth finishes and accurate color matching, including minor repairs or touch‑ups.
• Select the appropriate paint type for each surface and apply it using brushes or rollers.
• Work independently or as part of a team, meeting project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols when handling paints and chemicals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial painting.
• Proficiency with different types of paint (e.g., latex, oil‑based).
• Ability to use various painting tools such as brushes and rollers.
• Knowledge of color mixing and matching techniques.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination, physical stamina, and the ability to work at heights.
• Good time‑management skills and the capacity to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to follow safety protocols.

• Certification or degree in Painting/Decorating.
• Experience in drywall repair and surface preparation.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
